The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefore a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 54 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §11-15-9o, relating generally to exempting certain dues, fees and assessments from the consumer sales and services tax; and defining certain terms”
